Poste, antitrust approval for the acquisition of 15% of Tim

Unconditional green light from Agcom to Poste's acquisition of 15% of Tim. "In relation to the acquisition of 15% of Tim's ordinary shares, communicated to the Italian Antitrust Authority (Agcm) on 21 May 2025, as a result of which Poste Italiane holds 24.81% of Tim's ordinary shares - in fact, a note from Poste reads - the Company announces that, at its meeting of 3 September 2025, the Agcm resolved to approve the transaction without conditions and, therefore, not to proceed with the opening of the investigation, as it does not significantly impede effective competition in the markets concerned and does not entail the creation or strengthening of a dominant position".
