Prada renews licence agreement with EssilorLuxottica for the next 10 years

The agreement covers the development, production and global distribution of Prada, Prada Linea Rossa and Miu Miu branded glasses

The Prada Group and EssilorLuxottica announced today in a joint note the renewal of the licence agreement for the development, production and global distribution of Prada, Prada Linea Rossa and Miu Miu branded eyewear.

The existing agreement, which was due to expire on 31 December 2025, has been extended until 31 December 2030, with provision for renewal until 31 December 2035. Patrizio Bertelli, Chairman of the Prada Group, commented in the note: "We are delighted to announce the renewal of the agreement with EssilorLuxottica, a trusted and long-standing partner with whom we have established a strong collaboration based on craftsmanship, quality and innovation. This renewal confirms our commitment to these values and our shared vision for the future of eyewear"..
