Nhood in France announces the acquisition of SCC France, one of the leading players in Property Management. This operation, which only concerns SCC France without affecting the other countries in which SCC operates, represents a key step in the creation of a range of brands specialising in real estate services, united under Nhood.
SCC France will maintain its strategic and operational autonomy in order to ensure the continuity of its organisation and its commitments to customers. It will also benefit from the support of Nhood's integrated model, which combines multidisciplinary expertise, territorial coverage and investment capacity, to accelerate its transformation and strengthen its competitiveness. The strength of this transaction is based above all on the complementarity of the two companies, strengthening Nhood's competencies in a strategic segment, enabling it to offer a high-level integrated service along the entire commercial real estate value chain. In addition, the transaction provides SCC France with new resources to enhance its ongoing projects.
