Qatargate, Kaili and Giorgi report Panzeri to the Milan Prosecutor's Office

The former Vice-President of the European Parliament, Eva Kaili, and her husband Francesco Giorgi, both arrested at the time, in 2022, in the Belgian investigation on Qatargate, are in the Public Prosecutor's Office in Milan, where they are being heard as witnesses. Both, in fact, from what we have heard, assisted by lawyer Domenico Aiello, filed a complaint for slander against former MEP Pier Antonio Panzeri, who was also imprisoned in the Belgian investigation and who later made statements, for a plea bargain, also implicating the two. Kaili and Giorgi are heard by Prosecutor Marcello Viola and Deputy Prosecutor Eugenio Fusco.
