Radio 24 presents its new summer schedule, on air from 28 July to 5 September, confirming its vocation to tell the story of the present with authentic voices, quality content, and a narrative always attentive to reality. The 2025 summer season is distinguished by a fresh and rich editorial proposal, multi-channel and live, designed to accompany listeners even in the hottest months with authoritative information, open discussion and intelligent lightness. Also live with the GRs are updates on stock market trends in real time.

In addition to the confirmed programmes, the focus of this new summer season is on inclusion, told and experienced through one of the most innovative and popular programmes of the year: Radio Up&Down - La trasmissione con un cromosoma in più. After the success of the winter season as a weekend star, the programme lands in the warm season schedule in a special and daily version. From Monday to Friday, at 6 pm.00, live, Paolo Ruffini and Federico Parlanti - the world's first radio presenter with Down's Syndrome - lead an authentic, profound and never predictable dialogue, involving guests and listeners on universal topics such as the future, freedom, success, love, time, memory, forgiveness, joy and the role of influencers in contemporary society. The summer version of the programme is enriched with new young presenters with Down's Syndrome and introduces direct interaction with the audience: every day, the topic of the episode is announced on Radio 24 and Paolo Ruffini's social channels, and listeners can intervene live with WhatsApp messages and phone calls, bringing their own voice and experience. A format that has also conquered the web, with over 50 million views in its first season, and that confirms itself as a free, imperfect, authentic space. A voice that stays on. Even in summer.

Information, the founding pillar of Radio 24's identity, continues to play a leading role in summer programming. From Monday to Friday, every morning, 24 Mattino Estate, hosted by Giulia Crivelli, accompanies listeners in their reading of the daily newspapers, offering timely analyses and interviews with the protagonists of politics, economics and society. It is an appointment that makes it possible to maintain constant contact with current affairs, even during the summer break, and to prepare oneself with awareness for an autumn that promises to be full of challenges.

In the late afternoon Effetto Estate will see Daniele Bellasio, Luca Benecchi, and Andrea Ferro take turns at the conduction to propose a tale of current events that unfolds like a summer diary: news, entertainment, sport, and customs intertwine in a light but never superficial narrative flow, capable of restoring the rhythm of summer without renouncing the depth of analysis.

Well-being also finds space in the summer schedule with In vacanza con Obiettivo Salute, by Nicoletta Carbone. The programme, on air every day at 12.30 p.m., offers practical advice on how to take care of oneself, addressing topics related to diet, exercise, rest, and health. A regenerating break, designed for those on holiday but also for those staying in town, with the aim of feeling good wherever you are.

Radio 24's summer weekend is enriched with three new original productions, designed to offer quality content even in moments of relaxation. The Cowboy and the Boot, by Andrew Spannaus, features six episodes of comparisons between Italy and the United States on topical issues such as the cost of living, taxation, healthcare, the housing market, schools, and work. Guests also include Joe Bastianich, for a transatlantic dialogue full of insights and perspectives.

Matteo Caccia

Matteo Caccia returns with Vendotutto, 15 years later, a journey between past and present that retraces the stories of objects sold on the radio in 2010 and found again today. Every Saturday, at 10am and 8pm, the programme tells what happened to those objects - a guitar, a lamp, a mattress - and the people who bought them, offering an intimate and surprising look at the memory and value of things.
