Agreement reached on the renewal of the Collective Bargaining Agreement for executives, white and blue collar workers of the Rai Group companies. The agreement hypothesis signed for the four-year period 2023-2026 by Rai and the trade unions representing non-journalistic personnel (Cgil, Cisl, Uil, Ugl, Snater, Libersind) concerns about 9,600 employees.

"It was defined after very intense negotiations, with the shared objective of providing a rapid response to the expectations of workers. In fact, the renewal was reached a year and a half after the expiry of the previous one, which had instead taken about four years to define," reads a note from the RAI group, which adds: "In particular, the parties wanted to give a sign of strong attention to the economic aspects, in light of the inflation recorded in the period of reference, providing significant values on the increase of the minimums.

The agreement with the trade unions is described as 'a very important result' by President Marinella Soldi, CEO Roberto Sergio and General Manager Giampaolo Rossi, according to whom it is 'an unavoidable starting point for a company that is preparing to become a true digital media company and, above all, the right recognition for those whose daily work makes the Public Service the largest cultural company in the country'.

In detail, we are talking about increases, for those hired after 1995, benchmarked to Level 3 for the economic part equal to 130 euros, of which 50 euros in November 2024; 40 euros in July 2025; 40 euros in July 2026. To this is added a one-off of €700 for all levels in September 2024.

With regard to those hired before 1995, the increases are benchmarked to Level 3 with €100 in first item of which: EUR 40 and in November 2024; EUR 30 in July 2025; EUR 30 in July 2026 and EUR 450 one-off equal for all Levels in September 2024.

Finally, technical tables are planned for September 2024 and November 2024 on: Work/Life Balance and Working Time Reduction at the end of the Study by the Company on Production Models; Regional Offices on past agreements; Apprenticeships; Levels 9, 8, 7; Closure of Existing Disputes.

The floor now goes to the assemblies for approval by the workers of the Rai Group.
