Referendum, the race starts. Clash between the two committees immediately
On Monday, 3 November, the collection of signatures among centre-right MPs begins. Minister Nordio ready for TV confrontation with the ANM: if the no vote wins, I will not resign
The machine towards the vote for the referendum (without quorum) on the separation of the careers of magistrates (scheduled between March and April 2026) has already started. On Monday 3 November, the centre-right's signature collection starts in Parliament. 80 signatures will be needed for deputies, equivalent to one fifth of the members of the Chamber, 41 in the Senate.

The timeframe is therefore flexible, but the Minister of Justice Carlo Nordio has already made it known that the government is oriented towards holding the referendum between mid-March and mid-April. It could therefore be held even without waiting the standard three months. As soon as possible, in any case, at a safe distance from the municipal elections next June.
