Renault Group strengthens leadership team and organisation

Among the novelties at the management level of the French group is Katrin Adt as the new CEO of Dacia

Following the appointment of the Group's new CEO, François Provost, Renault is announcing a series of management and organisational decisions with immediate effect in order to accelerate execution plans. As part of this, Fabrice Cambolive is appointed to the newly created position of Chief Growth Officer, in addition to that of CEO of the Renault brand. He will be responsible for overseeing both brands (Renault and Dacia), ensuring a single strategic approach and maximising revenues in all markets. This will allow the Group to take full advantage of the identity and market positioning of the individual brands, while maintaining a brand-based organisation at the national sales company level. Cambolive will also lead the Group's international development, with priority markets identified in India, Latin America and Korea. He will also be responsible for delivering a seamless customer experience in the areas of digital, marketing, dealer network, after-sales service, retail owned by Renault Group, in close cooperation with Financial Services.

As far as Dacia is concerned, Katrin Adt is appointed CEO. She will report to the new Chief Growth Officer and join the Management Committee. She will succeed Denis Le Vot, who has decided to leave the company. Philippe Brunet is appointed Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and will manage the engineering department for both Renault Group and Ampere. He will succeed Philippe Krief who is confirmed as CEO of Alpine and will focus on shaping the future range and development of the brand. Furthermore, Anthony Plouvier - former VP Procu- rement Strategy and Transformation - is appointed Chief Procurement Officer, succeeding Provost. He will lead the transformation of procurement, improving competitiveness and deepening partnerships with suppliers. Thierry Charvet expands his area of responsibility with Supply Chain, adding to his current position as Head of Industry and Quality. Claire Fanget, former HR manager at Renault, is appointed Chief People & Organisation Officer, succeeding Bruno Laforge, who is leaving the company. Her priorities will be to adapt skills and resources to the new needs of the industry and to further develop managerial excellence.
