Renewables, Asterion fund invests in Revalue Energies

Asterion Industrial Partners, an investment fund specialising in infrastructure, with headquarters in Madrid and an office in London, invests in Revalue Energies, a Milan-based company active in the development, construction and management of renewable energy plants in Italy.

The deal gives Revalue a financial capacity that will enable it to accelerate its development goals, expanding its project portfolio, and to seize large-scale opportunities, establishing itself in Italy and with a vision of expansion into other European markets. The company is currently developing 2.7 GW of solar, wind and storage systems. Furthermore, in the next 12 months it will complete the construction of about 40 MW of projects allocated through Fer auctions, with guaranteed tariffs for 20 years.
