Rizzardi unveils the Technema 78’: the new 24-metre Posillipo luxury yacht
Rizzardi Yachts, based in Sabaudia (Latina), will be presenting its new yacht, priced at nearly 5 million, tomorrow in Terracina (base price) Technema 78’ from Posillipo, a historic Italian yachting brand founded in Naples and acquired by Rizzardi in 1996 (the company had a turnover of around 8 million in 2025). Measuring approximately 24 metres, the new model has been designed – as explained in a company statement – to offer spacious interiors, a rational layout and stable, quiet cruising even at higher speeds. The Posillipo fleet is thus expanded with a new vessel set to become a benchmark in the luxury flybridge segment.
The project
The project is the result of a development programme lasting over two years, during which the technical team at Rizzardi Yachts worked on the hull, on-board ergonomics and weight optimisation, with the aim of ensuring high performance, low fuel consumption and a seagoing response in keeping with the brand’s tradition. The new-generation planing hull, combined with the latest-generation diesel engines, allows – as the press release explains – for smooth and responsive sailing, with top speeds exceeding 30 knots and efficient cruising even over long distances.
The architect
“With the Technema 78’,” explains architect Carlo Galeazzi, “we wanted to reinterpret an icon without betraying its identity. Our aim was to give continuity to the Posillipo style, focusing on proportions, light and the fluidity of the spaces. We sought a balance between formal elegance and functionality, because a large yacht must inspire emotion, but also be easy to live on day to day.”
