Rome, getaway car: they cause an accident. A couple and their son die

Three people died during a car chase in Rome. It all started when a vehicle checked by a police crew in the Quarticciolo area got away. During the pursuit a second carabinieri crew joined in. The fleeing car, having reached the height of Via Collanina, invaded the opposite direction of travel, colliding with a second vehicle. Three people died in the collision: mother, father and son. Three occupants of the fleeing car were arrested for road homicide, violation of obligations towards officials, officers and agents, resisting, carrying burglary tools and resisting. Jammers and burglary tools were found inside the passenger compartment of the getaway vehicle.
