Rome, Kryalos finalises sale of complex in Via del Tritone

New transaction in the core real estate of Rome's historic centre. Kryalos has completed the sale of a prestigious real estate complex located between Via del Tritone and Via dei Due Macelli, in the heart of the Capital, sold by the closed alternative real estate fund Due Fondo Portafoglio, managed by the same Sgr.

The asset consists of three independent historic buildings - Palazzo Chauvet, the Via del Tritone building, and the Casamento Ruspoli - built in the late 19th century in the eclectic Umbertine style. The complex has 14 units with a total surface area of approximately 6,300 square metres and has undergone renovation and refunctionalisation in recent years to bring the spaces into line with more modern standards in terms of efficiency, flexibility and usability.

During its management, Kryalos carried out a repositioning process aimed at enhancing the value of the property, culminating in a fractional sale strategy. A choice that made it possible to intercept a qualified and diversified demand, optimising the overall value of the operation, in one of the most iconic and dynamic urban contexts of the city.
