There are allegedly two suspects in the attempted murder of the number two of the Russian military intelligence service (Crane) Vladimir Alekseyev yesterday in Moscow. Kommersant writes this, pointing out that one of the two allegedly fired three shots at the general, hitting him in the back as the soldier reacted promptly, throwing himself to the ground while protecting his head and vital organs. According to the Russian newspaper, which cites sources close to the investigation, the two suspects captured on surveillance cameras will be questioned soon. In case of indictment they will end up in court tomorrow. One of the two would be a woman.
