Ryze acquires Krata and enters the Spanish market
The Italian property consultancy and management firm is stepping up its international expansion with a week of M&A activity over two years; after France, it is now setting its sights on the Iberian Peninsula
Ryze has taken another step forward in its internationalisation strategy. The property consultancy and management firm (formerly Yard Reaas) has signed an agreement to acquire Krata Sociedad de Tasación, a Spanish company specialising in property valuations, technical consultancy and expert appraisal services. The completion of the transaction, subject to the usual conditions precedent and the approval of the Banco de España, represents a strategic step in the group’s internationalisation strategy, strengthening its presence on the Iberian Peninsula and consolidating its position in one of Europe’s most dynamic property markets.
Krata: 4 offices and 10 million in revenue
Founded over forty years ago, Krata is now one of the leading players in the property valuation sector in Spain. The company has extensive experience in valuing property portfolios, residential, commercial, logistics and office properties, as well as in the valuation of complex asset portfolios and transactions related to the financial sector. With offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Seville and Valencia, it employs over 80 staff and has a network of around 400 professionals. In 2025, it recorded turnover in excess of 10 million euros.
Ryze’s expansion plan
The acquisition forms part of the development plan spearheaded by Ryze’s partners, Emanuele Bellani, Paolo Datti and Paolo Perrella, with the support of AnaCap, the group’s majority shareholder. Since 2024, Ryze has completed seven acquisitions, developing a growth model based on the integration of highly specialised operators, the harnessing of local expertise and the creation of an integrated European property platform. This strategy has recently been strengthened by the acquisitions of the French companies Vsa Property and Solia Paref.
Once the transaction is complete, Krata will become the hub for the development of Ryze’s operations on the Iberian Peninsula, capitalising on the synergies between the company’s expertise and the group’s operational capabilities. The aim is to foster the business’s organic growth, consolidate relationships with key industry players and gradually expand the range of services on offer, whilst also evaluating further acquisition opportunities in the region. During the integration process, Krata will continue to rely on its current management team, led by Iñigo Amiano Bergara, partner and chairman, and CEO Javier Anaya Mohino, who will play a central role in implementing the development plan in Spain.
