Sace, record bonuses of up to almost 6,000 euro for workers

For the 860 workers of Sace comes a record bonus, following the results achieved in 2024. According to what has been agreed in the company's integrative contract, the insurance-finance group participated by the Ministry of Economy and Finance will pay a variable gross performance bonus that will vary between EUR 2,145 and EUR 5,940, depending on the professional figure.

The organisational model focused on welfare and productivity, under the management of CEO Alessandra Ricci, has made it possible to exceed all Plan targets, generating an impact on the Italian economy of EUR 280 billion and supporting around 1.5 million jobs, with an all-time highest consolidated gross profit of EUR 789 million, and a 26% increase in productivity. Sace specialises in supporting the growth of Italian companies through tools and solutions that support exports and innovation, including financial guarantees, factoring, risk management and protection, advisory services and business matching.

These results are also due to the profound cultural transformation and an organisational model centred on the combination of welfare and productivity as a driver of sustainable growth, including smart working and the short week. Through the company's Welfare Plan, employees will be able to choose to benefit from the bonus through a tax-deferred initiative dedicated to employees and their families, with an increase in purchasing power, through a wide range of benefits and services in areas ranging from health, education, supplementary pensions, caregiver support, assistance to elderly and dependent family members, transport and leisure. To this sum must then be added the share of the incentive system, whose determination criteria, multipliers, targets and reproportions are established by a special policy.
