Saes Getters, last bid at EUR 28 for delisting

In a year marked by desistings at the Italian Stock Exchange, the offer to take Saes Getters off the list rises. As part of the voluntary total takeover bid launched on Saes Getters' ordinary shares, S.G.G Holding raised the offer price to EUR 28 per share from the previous EUR 26.3.
Last offer
.The offeror stated that the new consideration is "to be considered final and definitive" and represents a premium of 12.4% compared to the price recorded on 15 April last, i.e. the last trading day prior to the announcement of the tender offer. Considering the new consideration and assuming that all shares are tendered, the maximum countervalue of the offer is EUR 328.489 million. The offeror also announced that the threshold condition has been reduced from a stake in the share capital of the issuer of at least 95 per cent to a stake of more than 90 per cent. Finally, the offeror has indicated that it does not wish to extend the acceptance period, which will end on 21 June.
