Saipem and the Luiss Guido Carli University have signed a three-year collaboration agreement to promote joint initiatives in the fields of research, training and bringing young people closer to the world of work. The agreement was announced in Rome, at the Luiss campus in Viale Pola, during a meeting between the Rector Paolo Boccardelli, Saipem President Elisabetta Serafin and Massimiliano Branchi, Chief People, Hseq and sustainability officeR of Saipem.
L’accordo
The agreement aims to strengthen the link between the academic world and the corporate world, with particular focus on issues related to the future of energy, sustainable development and the world of work. In fact, joint research projects, laboratories, visits and internships will be made available by Saipem to Luiss students to enable them to gain initial high-level professional experience.
The change in professionalism
.The agreement also provides for the direct involvement of the company's professionals with testimonials and targeted interventions within the academic activity, as well as the possibility for Saipem resources to participate in advanced training courses provided by the Luiss School and the Luiss Business School.
