Saipem: postpones board meeting on Q3 results to 18 November; will also present its 2027 guidance
(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Saipem has postponed the board meeting to approve the third-quarter results from 27 October to 18 November. The change, explains a statement, “will enable the discussion of the
the 2027 budget and the resulting market guidance, whilst also examining the following items at the same board meeting:
‘consolidated results as at 30 September’. Following this change, the company notes, ‘the approval of the consolidated results as at 30 September 2026 will take place more than 45 days after the end of the third quarter of 2026, resulting in an update to the timetable communicated to the market on 16 December 2016 regarding additional reporting other than the annual and half-yearly financial reports’. The conference call with the financial community to present the figures and guidance for 2027 will take place on 19 November.
