Decree 69/2024, which will be converted at the end of July, activates a new package of tools that simplify the rules of the Consolidated Building Act and will allow the minor irregularities of thousands of properties to be remedied.
On the one hand there is the theory, with the novelties concerning double compliance, and on the other hand there is the practice: to which situations will the measure apply? For professionals there are new obligations but also new responsibilities. While on the tax front, the amnesty could help those who will be subject to controls.
