RealStep Sicaf, a real estate development company specialising in the urban regeneration of former industrial sites, announced the sale to Bnp Paribas Reim of an independent property located in Via Serio 5 (Scalo di Porta Romana), currently leased to the luxury brand Golden Goose. The transaction was promoted and assisted by Dils as advisor.
This transaction comes as further confirmation of the collaboration between RealStep, Golden Goose and Bnp Paribas. In fact, the three companies had already worked together on a property at Via Marelli 10, adjacent to Via Serio 5, in the heart of the Scalo Romana area. The Milan area, with the inauguration of the Olympic village for the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Games, is gradually becoming a hub of innovation, with showrooms, museums, universities and the headquarters of various companies.
"Ever since the construction of the first headquarters in Via Marelli 10," said Pietro Cavalchini, cio and co-founder of RealStep Sicaf, commenting on the operation, "we knew that Golden Goose would grow and would need an additional space. We entered the Scalo Romana district at the right time, bought a paper warehouse and a carpentry shop, and transformed them into the headquarters of one of the most lively and interesting luxury companies of recent years'.
Also in the city of Milan, RealStep is involved in the regeneration project of the Milano Certosa District, located in the north-west of the city. A project guided by a vision that focuses on people and quality of life, integrating sustainability, innovation and collective wellbeing. The aim is indeed to transform the area into a lively and sustainable district, while maintaining its historical character. Former industrial spaces thus coexist with modern buildings such as the CoFactory, green areas, office spaces, showrooms, services, shops and restaurants. A rich programme of artistic, cultural and social events also animates the district, making it a place of encounter and innovation.
