The Ermanno Scervino brand signs a licensing agreement for the production and distribution of its junior clothing line with Monnalisa, the Arezzo-based company owned by the Iacomoni family and leader in childrenswear, the only Italian listed company in the sector. The agreement will last eight years and concerns the women's collection, the area of specialisation of both Tuscan fashion brands, starting from the spring-summer 2026 season.

For the Florentine high-end brand headed by Toni Scervino (74.7 million revenue 2023 with an ebitda of 6.1 million), it is an important step to revitalise a segment that had been somewhat in the shade in recent years. Strategic, emphasises a press release, will be the industrial, stylistic and commercial expertise of a historic company like Monnalisa (41.9 million revenues 2023 with a loss of 6.7 million), founded 56 years ago, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market and with distribution in 50 countries and more than 400 multi-brand shops, as well as single-brand shops in international luxury locations.

The new Scervino Junior collection, designed by the Monnalisa style office directed by Diletta Iacomoni based on the licensor's guidelines, will be distributed in the Florentine brand's boutiques, international multi-brand stores and e-commerce platforms. Elegance and uniqueness will be the tracks to follow, says Scervino, relying on "creativity, quality, attention to detail and care in making them. Our brand has always believed in the excellence and uniqueness of 'Made in Italy'," says Toni Scervino, CEO of Ermanno Scervino, "which is the fusion of traditional craftsmanship and the most advanced innovation. We are therefore delighted to collaborate with Monnalisa to strengthen our presence in the kidswear segment, offering customers quality and exclusive products. This partnership confirms our commitment to preserving, promoting and exporting the value of Made in Italy in the world".

Matteo Tugliani, Managing Director of Monnalisa, is enthusiastic: 'We firmly believe that Monnalisa, an Italian excellence in the sector, with a DNA made up of style, creativity and unique products, can make an important contribution to the development of the kidswear segment of an iconic Made in Italy brand such as Ermanno Scervino, thanks to our specific creative, production and commercial skills in the children's sector'.

The collaboration between the two Tuscan brands, the two companies explain, is based on common values such as tradition, the high quality of materials and Italian manufacturing, and the search for innovative and refined stylistic solutions, values that will now be united and strengthened.
