Scholarships and internships, Grigolin Group invests in young people
A total value of EUR 50,000 is available for employees' children: applications will be assessed by a special committee

A project that aims to enhance merit and accompany young people through the most significant stages of their school and academic career, offering concrete support to families. The Grigolin Group - in a joint initiative involving the Group's main companies: Fornaci Calce Grigolin, Superbeton, Magnetti Building, Tesi System, Brussi Costruzioni, Veneta Prefabbricati and ILCEV for a total of over 1,500 employees - introduces the "Let's build the future" scholarship programme for the children of employees who stand out for their commitment and scholastic achievements.
How it works
Applications for the scholarships, worth a total of EUR 50,000, must be submitted at the end of the 2025-2026 school year, accompanied by the results obtained. The applications will be assessed by a special committee and the scholarships will be handed out during next year's Christmas party.
The notices, which are uniform for the different companies, provide grants for middle school, high school and university students. The amounts vary according to the course: 250 euro for middle school students, 500 euro for high school students, 1,000 euro for university students, and 1,500 euro for university graduates who obtain top marks with honours. The funds can be used freely by families, without specific destination constraints, so as to respond flexibly to different study-related needs.
The scholarships reward the highest achievements: excellent grades in middle school, debt-free high school courses and top university performance, with additional recognition for graduates with 110 and honours. Each company has set up a committee to evaluate the applications according to the specified criteria.
In addition to these economic benefits, there is a new opportunity designed to bring young people closer to the world of work and the Group's specific professional skills. For high school and university students, there is in fact the possibility of an internship period in one of the Group's companies, selected on the basis of the candidate's course of study and aptitude.
