School staff digital file' launched: more simplicity, transparency and new services for teachers and Ata

As of today, the 'Fascicolo digitale del personale scolastico' (digital school personnel file) is available. This is the new platform of the Ministry of Education and Merit, which allows users to consult information on their professional career in a simple and secure way, through the data in the education information system.

The File is accessible from the Services section of the MIM website and is aimed at teaching staff, administrative, technical and auxiliary (ATA) staff, teachers of the Catholic religion and educational staff who have served in educational institutions. The service, launched in an experimental phase, aims to be fully operational by June 2026. It allows for the consultation of personal data and information relating to tenure, tenure and service. In this first phase, teaching staff can also access titles obtained and self-declared in competitions announced from 2020. By March 2026 the titles section will be integrated with the information held by the Administration, extending consultation to other types of personnel. The platform will be progressively enriched with new features and services to support school workers.

The digital Fascicolo is part of the broader simplification process initiated by the Ministry, developed also thanks to the collaboration with trade union organisations within dedicated working groups. "The school needs simple and modern tools, designed for those who work there every day. The Digital Dossier goes in this direction. It is a starting point that will allow us to progressively improve services and simplify fundamental procedures, such as those on teacher mobility," said Education and Merit Minister Giuseppe Valditara.
