School: Zangrillo signs decree authorising over 58,000 new recruitments

More than 58,000 new recruits for the next three-year school term, but also important new entrants to immediately support the year that has just begun. With the green light from the Minister for Public Administration Paolo Zangrillo, a further 4,831 teachers will be hired for the 2025/2026 school year in addition to the 48,504 already authorised last month. The decree also authorises 25,314 recruitments for the year 2026/2027 and a further 28,440 for 2027/2028. Minister Zangrillo explains: 'This is a fundamental step to support a fundamental sector of the country. Today's signing is further confirmation of this government's commitment to the public sector, which in recent budget laws has allocated over 20 billion for the renewal of contracts, allowing for continuity as never before in the history of the republic".
