Sgr Efficienza Energetica acquires Artigiana Elettrika
To the Rimini group 80% of the shares of the Marche company. A strengthening operation in the thermal, electrical and efficiency systems sector
The majority of Artigiana Elettrika passes to Sgr Efficienza Energetica and marks a new step in the consolidation of the energy and plant engineering sector in Central Italy. The official announcement marks the Marche-based company's entry into the industrial perimeter of the Sgr Group, a historic Rimini-based company founded in the marketing and distribution of energy. The operation involves the acquisition by Sgr Efficienza Energetica of 80% of the shares of Artigiana Elettrika, with the declared objective of strengthening industrial synergies and consolidating market presence, while maintaining strong operational continuity and territorial roots in the Marche region.
It is a move that stems, reads a note, from 'sharing the same industrial and entrepreneurial philosophy: to combine growth, sustainability and attention to the communities of reference, enhancing technical skills and human capital'.
For Artigiana Elettrika, this is a strategic turning point. The group, which also includes Alltecs, Aplomb and Efesto, operates in the electrical and thermal plant engineering sector, as well as integrated design and installation of turnkey systems, including construction work. A model that over the years has relied on technical expertise and innovation, values that are now destined to become part of a broader industrial structure.
'This operation represents an important and strategic step,' comments Artigiana Elettrika's CEO Sandro Bonvecchi, 'because it allows us to strengthen our company's growth path, consolidate its market presence, and support new investments. On the buyer's side, the acquisition is part of a development strategy that aims to integrate production, infrastructure and use of energy from renewable sources through energy services and advanced technologies. Sgr Efficienza Energetica, based in Ancona, is the branch of the Romagna-based group specialising in the construction of thermal and electrical systems and energy efficiency projects, managing the entire supply chain. "Artigiana Elettrika is a company we chose for the quality of its skills, its concrete approach, and its strong link with the territory," emphasises Marco Cardinali, general manager of Sgr Efficienza Energetica. "This entry is part of a growth strategy that aims to create industrial synergies and shared value, maintaining local governance and strengthening the offer of solutions related to energy efficiency and innovation."
