Stock market: Shein lists in Hong Kong, targeting a market capitalisation of 23 billion
The online resale platform will issue 280 million shares
The fashion retailer onlineShein has announced that it will list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange from 1 September, aiming for a market capitalisation of up to 23 billion euros. The fast fashion giant plans to offer 280 million shares at a price ranging from 47.60 to 49.50 Hong Kong dollars, raising up to HK$13.86 billion (approximately €1.5 billion at the current exchange rate) for a market capitalisation of HK$210.3 billion (approximately €23 billion).
