Single cheque, payment schedule arrives from July to the end of the year: here are the dates
Payment of the first instalment of the benefit takes place, as usual, in the last week of the month following the month in which the application was submitted
The payment schedule for the Single and Universal Allowance for Dependent Children (AUU) for the period from July to December 2025 has arrived, for current benefits that have not changed. This was announced by the Inps (message 2229 of 14 July). Here are the dates: 21-22 July; 20-21 August; 22-23 September; 20-21 October: 20-21 November and 17-19 December.
Payment times
The payment of the first instalment of the benefit, the social security agency explains, takes place, as usual, in the last week of the month following the month in which the application was submitted. On the same date, the amounts of the instalments in which the AUU was subject to a credit or debit adjustment are also credited.
Support
The Single and Universal Allowance is an economic support for families with dependent children awarded for each child: up to the age of 21 (under certain conditions); with no age limit for disabled children.
The beneficiaries
Support is granted to families where the following conditions are met: for each dependent minor child. For newborns it starts from the seventh month of pregnancy. On the other hand, for each dependent adult child, it is payable until the child reaches the age of 21 if: he or she attends a school or vocational training course, or a degree course; he or she is in an apprenticeship or employment activity and has a total income of less than EUR 8,000 per year; he or she is registered as unemployed and looking for work with the public employment services; he or she performs universal community service. Finally, the allowance is payable to families for each dependent child with a disability, with no age limit.
The amount
The amount of the allowance is determined on the basis of the ISEE, if any, submitted by the beneficiary child's household, taking into account the age of the dependent children and several other elements.
