Sirreti lands in Italia with four exclusive properties and plans a fund

It is an offer of ultra-luxury accommodation that has nothing to envy the 5-star hotels that have opened in recent years in large metropolises, but with a higher level of privacy and confidentiality. Sirreti Residences landed on the Italia market just over a month ago and last week presented two of the first four exclusive residences in the collection in the capital.

The company, an exclusive management network of luxury private residences for short-term rentals, was founded by Wolf Wörster, an entrepreneur in the international real estate industry for over 25 years with previous experience also in Vancouver, Miami, Los Angeles and London. The brand is managed by UK-based Sirreti Residences Marketing and is part of the Sirreti Group's broader ecosystem of networks, industry studies and services dedicated to the luxury rental and premium hospitality market.

'We operate as a property management company offering services with a professional Italian team,' Wörster explains, 'we rent furnished properties for short or medium periods to international guests. This is already a very developed market in France, Switzerland, some parts of the United States and South-East Asia, and I believe that Italia is ready for this kind of rental offer'. Among historic villas, representative palaces and exclusive residences, Sirreti's residences are not published on the classic booking portals: access is selective and often by invitation or preferential referral.

For its landing, the network has chosen the capital: the Sirreti Roma residence occupies the rooms on the piano nobile of Palazzo Nari in Sant'Eustachio, between the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. After centuries as the home of the Nari family, the residence changed hands and was finally acquired and restored as part of the European Heritage project. With its inclusion in the Sirreti Residences collection, the main floor of the palazzo is now the subject of a valorisation project. From Rome to Lombardy, Wörster chose Lake Garda for the collection's first lakeside location. San Sebastiano Sirreti is a refuge with 250 metres of private shoreline overlooking the lake. The complex is divided into three independent buildings. Completing the collection - which is currently being expanded - is a four-bedroom flat on the Grand Canal in Venice and a 10-bedroom private estate in Greve, Tuscany, the details of which the company has not yet revealed.

Sirreti's goal is to continue to grow by identifying new reserved and prestigious locations around Italia. "Our expansion plans include the imminent inclusion of a large estate in Apulia and, ideally, some properties in Milan," adds Wörster. "We are also looking with great interest at Sardinia as our next destination of choice.
