Operational from 1 January 2025 and born from the strategic union of Sviluppo Artigiano and Neafidi, Finergis will be the first Confidi supervised by the Bank of Italy in the North and among the first at national level.

With assets of 170 million, capital of 100 million, a stock of guarantees of 400 million out of 600 million in loans and 48,000 members, Finergis is one of the leading financial intermediaries thanks to a structure of 60 employees, an internal and external sales network made up of professionals dedicated to dialogue with businesses, and more than 30 offices distributed in Veneto, Lombardy, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Piedmont and Emilia-Romagna. Its capital soundness and solvency indices (CET11 and TCR estimated at over 45%) place Finergis as a solid and reliable partner for its member companies, the financial system and public institutions.

Extremely satisfied were the unanimous and concordant comments of the Presidents of Cna Lombardy and Cna Veneto, Giovanni Bozzini and Moreno De Col, for whom 'this new guarantee entity is part of the chain of access to credit as a great opportunity to strengthen the capacity of the small business system to dialogue with the banking world and acquire the financial support necessary for the challenges that await us: international competition, sustainability, and the relaunch of Italian manufacturing in Europe and beyond. A new Confidi is born that will boost growth in the most productive part of Italy'.

"With this operation we want to be closer and more useful partners to the business world by offering new products, strengthening our territorial presence, and guaranteeing greater contractual strength to our present and future members in order to obtain the financial flows necessary to face the challenges of a global market," emphasised Mario Borin, President of Sviluppo Artigiano.
