Optimistic forecasts for Cualeva, the Brescia-based software house specialising in solutions for the automation of even particularly complex projects and processes. "The year 2024 was full of confirmations, recognitions and novelties," says Luca Cavedagni, CEO of Cualeva. "The company closes the year by confirming the positive growth trend that has characterised it: +20% compared to 2023 revenues, and the forecasts for next year are equally optimistic. Important projects are in the pipeline on both active plants and ex-novo companies. We are also expanding the pool of partners and resellers. Cualeva ended 2023 with a turnover of almost 1.1 million, the 2024 forecast is around 1.3 million, and a 2025 budget of around 1.6 million.

In 2025, the company's focus will be on artificial intelligence and why it differentiates itself from the market. The key words here are confidentiality, enhancement and protection of real processes and data, and logical aggregation. "We are oriented towards the constant development and updating of DocsMarshal (business process management solution ndr) and in this regard important news will be shared at the DocsMarshal Day 2025 to be held on 26 March 2025," anticipates the CEO.

On the investment front, the software house has just doubled its space, which now covers an area of 600 square metres. A team of 24 people works here, which has grown by eight over the course of the year. "We are always looking for talent and people who are passionate about our world. In 2024 we have added strategically important figures, and for the coming year we have important contracts that will allow us to introduce other figures with proven professionalism to be placed in all departments of the company," emphasises Cavedagni. Among the softhouse's customers are names such as, for example, Casillo Group, Clerici, the Policlinico di Monza, Istituto Diagnostico Varelli, Caffè Vergnano 1882 and others.

Cualeva's specialisation is in the management and automation of projects and processes such as those for business process management and business process automation with DocsMarshal, a proprietary platform able to make very different and independent business functions communicate with each other, managing and automating them: from administration to human resources, from sales to marketing, research and development, production and warehousing, and warehousing to end with quality control and security. "We are the control room that allows us to respond effectively to the company's needs thanks to the concept of inference," continues the CEO. "The application has and gives an overview of the company, gathering information from the various departments and presenting it in a functional manner, allowing distributed or isolated information to be related.
