Telefisco reopens the clarification game. The appointment is for Thursday 19 September with 'Speciale Telefisco 2024 - Le novità fiscali per professionisti e imprese' (Telefisco Special 2024 - Tax innovations for professionals and companies), live streamed from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. This year, then, Telefisco doubles up with a further opportunity for updates after the usual one at the beginning of the year. A second call that coincides with the resumption of activity by professional studios and companies to provide certainty on the novelties and fulfilments that characterise the last months of the year.

.We are in the midst of a phase full of novelties. The tax reform has, in fact, envisaged a series of interventions that will characterise the coming months: suffice it to think, to mention only a few of the measures with more immediate effects, of the two-year preventive agreement or the new rules on IRPEF and IRES, the revision of penalties and repentance, or even the provisions on preventive contradictory and accertamento con adesione. These measures are flanked by many other interventions that characterise this reform season.
In addition to these novelties, there are also those that characterise, so to speak, the daily life of professionals, businesses and taxpayers. We are thinking of all the fulfilments that are connected with the closing of the tax return, or the novelties that are being prepared with regard to VAT, balance sheets, sustainability and the responsibility of auditors.
The survey
.The picture, therefore, is extremely articulated. For all these reasons, also this year, Il Sole 24 Ore has chosen to repeat the experience of directly involving readers in the selection and indication of the most relevant topics. Those who have registered for the Telefisco edition of 1 February 2024 will receive, starting from today, a short questionnaire through which they will be able to indicate the subjects they consider of greatest interest for the resumption of the activities of professional firms and businesses that will take place in September. The results of the survey will then be examined by the editorial staff and experts of Il Sole 24 Ore in order to define the programme of the event by 10 July. A programme that, it must be said as of now, may then vary during the course of August and September in the face of possible novelties.
