SportContact 7 Force: for the track and the road
The special edition of the SportContact 7 makes its debut on the exclusive BRABUS BODO supercar
Continental is expanding the SportContact range with the new SportContact 7 Force, an ultra-ultra-high-performance summer tyre developed for high-performance sports cars and chosen for the Brabus Bodo, the latest high-performance supercar from the global tuning company. An evolution of the award-winning SportContact 7, the new model has been developed with a clear objective: to offer maximum control both on the road and on the track.
The project is the result of a collaboration between Continental and Brabus, a technological partnership that has been in place for over 25 years and is founded on performance, precision and premium quality. The SportContact 7 Force has been specially designed for the Super GT and is also distinguished by the “BB” marking on the sidewall, emphasising its exclusivity.
From a technical perspective, the new tyre features an adaptive tread pattern and the advanced Harmonized BlackChili compound to ensure precision and stability at high speeds, as well as responsiveness to load transfers. Continental aims to ensure predictable handling during direction changes, high stability on the motorway and consistent grip even during repeated acceleration and braking on the track, thereby achieving the right balance between everyday use and track performance.
The specification developed with Brabus features 21-inch tyres: 275/35 at the front and 325/30 at the rear. The aim is to optimise the supercar’s power delivery to the road, improving handling and weight distribution between the axles.
