Agenzia del demanio and Aicc network to valorise public real estate assets

The Agenzia del Demanio and Aicc - Associazione Imprese Culturali e Creative di Confindustria (Association of Cultural and Creative Enterprises of Confindustria) today signed an agreement to collaborate in the dissemination of initiatives promoted by the Agenzia del Demanio to enhance the value of public real estate assets.

The agreement, signed today by the Director of the Agenzia del Demanio (State Property Agency), Alessandra dal Verme, and the President of Aicc, Giuseppe Roma, aims to broaden the knowledge and enjoyment of public real estate of historical and artistic value by attracting the business world of culture.

Studies, communication projects, events, workshops are planned, oriented towards the valorisation of public real estate as common heritage, identity, places of relationships and memory, projected into the future through innovation projects.

"State real estate is a flywheel of territorial regeneration processes, it has great potential for social and cultural impact,' said the Director of the Agenzia del Demanio, Alessandra dal Verme. 'The public identity heritage is often hidden, little known and undervalued. The partnership with private stakeholders helps to channel useful skills and resources to the public property in order to accelerate and promote its valorisation and cultural dissemination'.
