Stellantis has appointed Joao Laranjo as chief financial officer and member of the group's Leadership Team, effective immediately. Laranjo, explains a note, successes Doug Ostermann, who has decided to leave the company "for personal reasons", and will assume all responsibilities previously held by Ostermann.
"Having worked closely with Joao for 15 years and witnessed his growth, I have been consistently impressed by his excellent financial expertise, his results-oriented mindset and his deep understanding of the complexities of our industry," commented Stellantis CEO Antonio Filosa.
"I am delighted to welcome him to the Stellantis Leadership Team as we continue to position our Company for long-term growth and success. I would also like to thank Doug Ostermann for his many years of dedicated service to Fca and Stellantis," he added.
Stellantis confirms that its financial guidance for 2025, announced during the first half results conference call on 29 July 2025, remains unchanged in all respects. The company also confirms that it will announce third quarter 2025 deliveries and revenues on 30 October 2025, as planned.
