Idealista and the Tecnocasa Group announce the signing of a strategic partnership aimed at promoting the union of two leaders in the Italian market and the growth of both players in the real estate sector, paving the way for new business opportunities and the offer of value-added services for users.
Procedures have begun for the real estate agents of the Tecnocasa and Tecnorete networks to be able to automatically and simultaneously publish all property advertisements on the idealista and casa.it portals, which count - according to Similarweb - over 129 million total visits in the first quarter of 2024 alone. In addition, Idealista boasts the highest monthly de-duplicated audience in Italy, with over 10.2 million visitors in March 2024.

Idealista's platforms create a broader and more accessible environment for real estate agencies and buyers, using technology and data to provide Tecnocasa and Tecnorete agencies with detailed and useful market insights. In summary, the partnership promises to simplify and improve the overall property search and transaction experience for all parties involved.
The Tecnocasa Group, leader in real estate and credit brokerage at Italian and European level with 14,000 collaborators worldwide, has therefore identified Idealista as a valid technological partner to support the more than 2,800 affiliated real estate agencies in Italy. Tecnomedia, a company of the Tecnocasa Group that deals with publishing, digital communication and graphics, collaborates with Idealista to achieve the Group's development objectives allowing the affiliated agencies to improve the incisiveness of communication towards the final customer.
