Syeew is a sound branding: the sound that makes the beating of the eyelashes during sleep was chosen to define the identity of the Jesi-based start-up, born four years ago from the intuition of Alessandro Bacci, who, taking advantage of two post-graduate internships, during which he worked on sales and production data analysis, began to develop more performing models for management control. Thus was born a collaborative platform that, by combining Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence, captures and analyses the most strategic business results. "Simple and intuitive, it is designed for small entrepreneurs, store managers and franchises," emphasises the CEO, according to whom "the digital and regulatory environment has made data control and analysis both accessible and necessary even for micro enterprises".
Away with Excel sheets and complex charts: with a playful experience, Syeew makes management control a simple and straightforward task even for those who lack time, resources and analytical knowledge. "Business Emoji offers an instant overview of the company's performance," explains Bacci, "and, with a simple touch, reveals in-depth details for a complete understanding of performance. In the blink of an eye, in fact, the platform takes business data from heterogeneous sources and contextual elements (weather, traffic, inflation...), combines them, processes them and returns them through four intuitive icons: Casket, Siren, Spy and Sphinx. There are three levels of in-depth analysis: in busy mode, the user can get to know his company's numbers without seeing a single one; if curious, he can delve into the factors that influence results; while in detailed mode, he can go into detail showing the year's trends. Finally, through the predictive section, which provides accurate projections on future months, and the notifications, which can identify strengths and weaknesses of the business, the user of the app is able to detect any deviations from the established parameters at an early stage, with the advantage of resolving inefficiencies in business operations at an early stage.
"By 2026 we will enrich the application by releasing the suggestions function, which will propose targeted actions based on identified deviations," anticipates Bacci, "and the benchmark function for comparison with the reference cluster. In 2025, Syeew aims at a strong expansion in the market, also thanks to the convertible received from Intesa Sanpaolo, earmarked for new hires and research and development activities, with a focus on AI integration.
