Under 'Declarant data' it will be possible to check the data used to prepare your declaration and verify that they are complete and correct. While with 'Choose declaration' you will be able to choose the model to prepare the declaration, view the pre-filled declaration and decide whether to accept or modify it. For 'Complete declaration and send' and 'Declaration sent', on the other hand, you will have to wait for phase 2 from 14 May.
The choice of simplified mode
As also explained in the page dedicated to the precompilata 'taxpayers who are employees and pensioners or who receive income that must be declared with the 730 form have at their disposal the simplified compilation mode of income and tax information, which can be selected when choosing the web application of the precompiled declaration'. Once the simplified mode 730 form has been chosen, as indicated on the 'Choose declaration' page, the taxpayer can view the result of the calculation of the pre-filled 730, the pre-filled 730 form with the related information sheet, and print the pre-filled declaration.
In practice, in the simplified mode, data are proposed and grouped by macro-items 'house and other property', 'family', 'work', 'other income', 'expenses incurred' Once the tax information is confirmed or updated, it will be automatically reported within the declaration form.
Inps: updated data in the pre-filled form for access to benefits
With a targeted update of the 2026 Single Certification, the Inps intervenes 'to ensure a more effective application of the tax measures provided for by the Budget Law 2024 in favour of income support benefit recipients'. The changes concerned, a note explains, 'specific information relating to the share of income excluded from taxation, which is now correctly valued in the dedicated section of the Single Certification. The data, updated following regulatory and administrative checks, have already been included in the pre-compiled declaration made available to taxpayers'. The operation allows 'simplified management of tax obligations: in order to obtain the expected benefits, no action is required on the part of the user, who can simply accept the declaration. The contents of the Certificazione Unica for pensioners remain unchanged, for which there are no changes'.
