Developing it and making it available on its site is the Aidr (Associazione italian digital revolution) foundation.

The aim is to support taxpayers and tax operators in approaching tax returns. The virtual assistant or chatbot 'TributIAmo' has been designed by a working team involving expertise on several fronts (from IT to tax, via communication) and aims to answer in real time the main doubts about filling in tax returns. In fact, it represents a kind of gateway to approach the complex issues of tax regulations and aims to provide initial answers.

As Mauro Nicastri, president of the Aidr Foundation, explains, 'this chatbot represents an important step forward in the use of artificial intelligence to simplify the lives of citizens, professionals, and Cafes'. With the technology made available, 'anyone can get immediate and reliable answers for filling in tax returns, reducing the risk of errors and speeding up the whole process'.
