Tax reform: the new amending decree

The time has come for an omnibus amendment to the tax reform. The text of the legislative decree, approved at first reading by the Council of Ministers on 10 June, primarily deals with personal and corporate income tax, but not exclusively: it also covers issues such as the third sector, inheritance tax, international taxation and measures for professionals.

On the income front, the topics range from issues of broad interest – such as the new tax treatment of company cars and welfare – to matters that have been affecting businesses for years, such as the dual approach to financial and tax accounting values.
