Teachers beaten in Parma, the three students investigated and searched. A second video appears

The teacher did not report them, but the Prosecutor's Office for Minors in Bologna decided to proceed and investigated and searched the three boys involved in the brawl that took place in a park near a technical institute in Parma, which ended up in a video on social networks that went viral.
The Prosecution's Charges and Moves
The three juveniles, aged 17, 16 and 15, who were also given 30-day school suspensions each for the incident, are currently charged with various counts of aggravated violence or threats against school staff in the exercise of their duties. The juvenile prosecutor's office also charges the youngest with the offence of aggravated injury by use of an improper weapon, for striking one of the teachers in the back of the chest with a belt and metal buckle. In the past few days, the homes of the young men were searched by the police, who seized their mobile phones and clothing worn on the day of the fight.
Second Movie
But the case is not closed. There is in fact a second film about the alleged assault and it was filed by the defence of one of the three, the 17-year-old, with lawyer Claudia Pezzoni. The idea is to provide a different interpretation of the facts to those investigating. "The video we have deposited," explains the lawyer, "takes us to the preview of what has already been shown, it is the moments immediately before that can shed new light on the objective story, what the investigators are reconstructing, not only the Juvenile Court of Bologna, which has already been activated against our defendants, but also the investigators who will be deputed to follow up on the complaints that have been made by the families, because let us remember that the truth must be sought on both sides.
The family's complaint against the teachers
The young man's family has therefore filed a complaint against the teachers. And another lawyer, Virginia Oddi, who is defending the 16-year-old, the student who appears pinned to the ground by a teacher in the first video, also says: "We aim to reconstruct the fact as clearly as possible and prove that my client's conduct does not contain any criminal relevance," she says. It cannot be ruled out that in the next few hours the other two young protagonists may also decide to file a complaint to make their case, in an affair that has been at the attention of the Ministry of Education led by Giuseppe Valditara for several days.
