TeamSystem acquires Sellsy and strengthens in France and Spain
The deal follows the acquisition of Clémentine announced at the beginning of the year

TeamSystem, a leading Italian tech & Ai company in the development of digital platforms for the business management of companies and professionals, has acquired Sellsy, a French company specialising in integrated CRM and financial management software solutions for SMEs.
With this transaction, TeamSystem, which had Mediobanca as advisor in the deal, consolidates its presence in France - after the acquisition, at the beginning of the year, of the company Clémentine -, also significantly strengthens its position in the Iberian market and adds an important piece to its international growth strategy.
The company now has more than 23,000 customers and a team of more than 180 resources, of which 78 are engaged in product development and R&D, for an innovation drive in line with TeamSystem's values and commitment.
