Termoli is set to be home to Molise’s largest student accommodation complex, to be built on the Adriatic coast with PNRR funding

Molise’s largest student accommodation complex is taking shape thanks to PNRR funding of €5,910,131.36. This is the amount approved for funding by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti for the project submitted under the ‘Student Housing Fund’ scheme, which forms part of Mission 4: ‘Education and Research’. The positive outcome of the preliminary assessment concerns the application submitted on 25 March 2026 and will enable the construction in Termoli of a student accommodation facility, set to become the largest in the region. The approved grant amounts to €5,910,131.36, drawn from the resources of the Ministry of Universities and Research, managed by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti as the implementing body for the scheme. The project represents one of the most significant investments ever made in Molise in the student accommodation sector and aims to increase the number of beds available to students who choose Termoli and the wider region for their studies.
