Colombini Group signs deal to acquire 70 per cent of Snaidero Kitchens

The Colombini Group has signed an agreement to acquire a stake of approximately 70 per cent in Snaidero, a long-established Italian industrial group specialising in high-end kitchens, including Snaidero and Snaidero Projects UK, the UK-based company specialising in contract projects in the UK market. The transaction is expected to be finalised in the coming days.
This transaction represents a strategic step in the Colombini Group’s growth strategy and forms part of the plan to establish a family-run Italian furniture hub.
The Colombini Group, founded in 1965 by the family of the same name in the Republic of San Marino, operates in the furniture sector under the brands Colombini Casa, Febal Casa, Bontempi, Colombini Office and Colombini Group Contract, a division specialising in the design and delivery of turnkey solutions for residential, hospitality and commercial sectors. The Group has around 1,000 employees, a turnover of 300 million for 2025, and a distribution network comprising over 890 stores in Italia and abroad, as well as 8,600 customers worldwide.
The Snaidero Group, founded in 1946, is a company based in Majano (Udine) specialising in the design, manufacture and distribution of kitchens. The Group has over 250 employees, exports to more than 60 countries worldwide and has a network of over 400 sales outlets in Italia and abroad.
In 2025, it achieved a turnover of 93.5 million, a slight decrease compared with 2024. Five months ago, control of the company passed to public investors, including Friulia and Invitalia.
