Ok to the Milleproroghe decree, from SMEs to the highway code: here are the measures

The Council of Ministers approved the Milleproroghe decree-law. The draft measure provides for, among other things, the confirmation of the Guarantee Fund for SMEs for one year, as well as the extension of incentives for youth employment and for disadvantaged female workers.

The Milleproroghe also intervenes on the updating to inflation of traffic fines, with the extension of the stop to the revaluation of fines until 2026. The postponement of the deadline for the investigation into the Essential Levels of Benefits from 31 December this year to 31 December next year was also ordered.

More time then, until the end of 2026, for the conclusion of catastrophe policies for fishing and aquaculture enterprises, as well as for small and micro tourist accommodation enterprises: the deadline passes from 31 December this year to 31 December 2026.

Finally, on the health care front, the Milleproroghe Decree provides for the extension of the limitation of the criminal liability of health care practitioners in situations of serious staff shortages to cases of gross negligence until 31 December 2026, compared to the current deadline of 31 December this year.
