Stock market: Milan extends losses to -0.5%, but is affected by a 0.21% ex-dividend adjustment
Milan has seen its losses widen since the opening, with the FTSE MIB falling from a 0.2% decline to -0.54%. It should be noted, however, that the Milan index is being affected by the ex-dividend dates of five companies in the main index, resulting in a calculated technical decline of 0.21%. The companies paying dividends are Hera (-0.34%), Leonardo (-0.44%), Poste Italiane (-1%), Snam (-0.9%), St (+1.6%) and Terna (-1%). Meanwhile, Paris is down 0.26 per cent, Frankfurt is hovering around the break-even point, Amsterdam is up 0.24 per cent and Madrid is up 0.3 per cent. London is also stable as it awaits news from Downing Street.
