The company's CEO is Mark Walter, who is already very present in the world of sports: he owns the Los Angeles dodgers (Mlb) baseball team and has shares in the Los Angeles lakers (Nba) and the holding company that owns the Chelsea (Premier league).
According to rumours, the signing of the preliminary agreement took place on 15 April, for a sum of around 180 million euros. At the time of the closing it will be known whether the Pozzo family will remain in Udinese with a minority share.
