For the 21st edition of the Trento Festival of Economics, the Il Sole 24 ORE Group will deploy, on the one hand, all its information production capacity to report on the days of the event with real-time updates, exclusive interviews in-depth reports and specials through all the media and channels of its multimedia platform, and, on the other hand, a rich schedule of initiatives and appointments organised in the Festival, in the Outside Festival and in the Meetings with Authors to inform, entertain and involve the 'squirrel people' during the five days of Trento.
The beating heart of all the activities of the Il Sole 24 ORE Group will be, this year, Piazza Fiera, which will host the new stage-studio of Radio 24 and, for the first time, Casa Sole, a space conceived as a hub for meeting and dialogue with the public.
Casa Sole will be the space where you can get to know and meet all the realities of the Il Sole 24 ORE Group, which will present itself in Trento for the first time with its new brand identity, inaugurated with the new naming that puts the Sun back at the centre and a new logo that enhances the history, identity and variety of the Group. And a space where readers can take part in engagement initiatives conceived specifically for them: from the Sole's prize wheel to the Expert Replies box and the gadgets designed for the Opinion Reader community, the loyal readers of Il Sole 24 Ore who will once again be meeting in Piazza Pasi for the morning press review with the Sole 24 Ore deputy editors.
The IL SOLE 24 ORE GROUP'S APPOINTMENTS AND NEW BUSINESS
The Festival of Economics will be the stage to present to the national and international business community two new strategic initiatives of the Il Sole 24 ORE Group, starting with the announcement of 24 ORE NextMed, the Group's new information and relations platform dedicated to the enlarged Mediterranean area, with Italia at the centre of the new strategic directions. Federico Silvestri, chief executive of the Il Sole 24 ORE Group, Fabio Tamburini, editor-in-chief of Il Sole 24 ORE, Claudio Antonelli, deputy editor of 24 ORE NextMed, will illustrate it in the panel "Mediterranean, geography of the future. Birth of 24 ORE NextMed", which will be attended by Marco Magnani, Luiss Guido Carli University, Marco Minniti, President of the Med-Or Italian Foundation, and a video-message by European Commissioner Dubravka Šuica.
The novelties of ItalyX, the excellence certification service for Italian companies, will be presented during the meeting "Made in Italy conquering the world", which will see a debate between managers and protagonists of the Italia production system. Speakers will include Eraldo Minella, General Manager of Professional Services and Training of the Il Sole 24 ORE Group, Andrea Guglielmo, Director of External Relations of Philip Morris Italia, Iacopo Pazzi, Chief Retail Commercial Officer of Amplifon, Massimo Pozzetti, CEO of Pastiglie Leone, and Luigi Riva, Chairman of Confindustria Professioni e Management.
