Tim: CEO Labriola and senior management back Poste’s OPAS bid
The top management’s participation closed last week, and details of the individual transactions will be made public via internal dealing notices
The chief executive of Tim Pietro Labriola and the company’s senior executives with strategic responsibilities have tendered the shares they hold in response to the voluntary full public takeover and exchange offer launched by Poste Italiane.
This was announced by Tim, noting that, as previously disclosed to the market on 18 July, “the offer price was deemed financially fair by the Group’s board of directors, which viewed the rationale and industrial prospects favourably”.
