Tim: Mef and Retelit confirm the acquisition of Sparkle; an update is expected by 20 November

(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - As part of the process to sell Sparkle, Tim has announced that Boost BidCo, a special purpose vehicle controlled by the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) and in which Retelit holds a stake, “has confirmed its commitment to completing the acquisition of the company. To this end, the parties are continuing their discussions in a constructive manner, with the aim of finalising the transaction.

"The parties have agreed to adjourn the meeting until 20 November," a statement reads.

The deal is worth around 700 million euros.
