Tisg: non-binding expression of interest from Sri Global regarding an acquisition
(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Sri Global Limited Holding Company, 52 per cent owned by Giulio Gallazzi and 48 per cent by Finvacchi, today submitted a non-binding expression of interest to the board of directors of The Italian Sea Group and to the court-appointed administrators regarding the acquisition of the company’s business assets. This was reported by Sri Global in a statement.
The initiative – as stated – involves the direct participation of Giulio Gallazzi, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sri Global Limited, and Bernardo Vacchi, through his investment holding company Finvacchi, assisted in this initial phase by Angelo Bonissoni of Cba and the Maim Group.
Sri Global and Finvacchi together have assets under management totalling around 500 million euros, “demonstrating the group’s financial strength and investment capacity. The two groups also boast significant experience in the acquisition and management of industrial and financial holdings, as well as in restructuring, turnaround and business relaunch operations,” the statement highlights.
